What we offer
Das Blue Manouche Ensemble ist ein Gypsy-Jazz-Trio, das auf der jahrzehntelangen Erfahrung der Brüder Ivo und Diego Nicola an den Gitarren basiert, mit ihren Blues-Kontaminationen, die sie während ihrer militanten Jahre in der Roré Free Blues Band (mit der sie an verschiedenen wichtigen Festivals teilgenommen haben, darunter das Montreaux Jazz Festival und Bellinzona Piazza Blues) gesammelt und assimiliert haben.
In letzter Zeit werden sie, je nach Verfügbarkeit, von Ivo Pellandini
oder Fredy Conrad am Kontrabass unterstützt.
In der ersten Besetzung dieser Band, die ihre Wurzeln in Graubünden und im Tessin hat und sich vor allem am Jazz-Manouche-Genre von Django Rainhardt und den Brüdern Rosenberg orientiert, war auch der Kontrabassist Luca Lafranchi dabei.
