Bonkaponxz ist eine achtköpfige Band aus Graubünden, die man als weltbeste noch lebende Horns'n'Roll-Band bezeichnen könnte. Der Stil bewegt sich von Punk bis Richtung Ska.
Es folgen diverse Konzerte in der ganzen Schweiz zusammen mit Reel Big Fish, Nguru, Snitch, Skaos, Spitfire, MU330, Vanilla Pod, Scarface, Persiana Jones u.v.a. 2005 - 2006: Mirko Demarmels verlässt die Band. Josh Caviezel wird als neuer Schlagzeuger engagiert. Es folgen die ersten Konzerte mit neuer
Besetzung. In Graubünden landet die the great stampede CD auf Platz 2 der Grischacharts. Daraufhin folgte die Tour zur CD unter anderem mit halt in Kopenhagen und diversen Openairs. In diesem Jahr (2015) feiern wir das 20 Jahr Jubilee
