Cookies Riot is a group that loves to play to share and entertain. We offer an acoustic repertoire of jazz, rock, soul, afro and pop music. Our desire is to make the event in which we participate unique. The great experience matured in weddings, ceremonies and clubs makes the group suitable and ready for any occasion and for an audience of any age.
We offer whole sets of 1 to 2 hours or more sets (from 1 to 4) of 45 minutes. We can make the set suitable for the needs of our customer and also process your favorite songs in "Riot Cookies".
The group was born in the summer of 2007 for the first time to meet at a festival of manouche music: an immediate feeling and an impromptu jam session give rise to the idea of ??creating an acoustic trio to interpret jazz standards.
After about 231 live performances, the Cookies Trio has consolidated a very personal style where gypsy, rock, folk influences, but also jazz and dance.

In their original songs, without taking themselves too seriously, the group tackles,
with irony, malice and taste for the essential, themes related to everyday life and what is there

adventure, love and good neighborly relations.
In 2013, Carlo Michelone (Drums and Percussion) and Luca Boggio (Contrabbasso) joined. It is precisely the touch of shuffe-bamboo by Carlo and the spong style of Luca to nourish those old Jazz atmospheres that characterize the style of the group. In 2017 Giuseppe "Beppe" Amato, known bass player of the national scene, replaces Luca Boggio
The group collaborates regularly with Gabriele Artuso on flutes.
