biography

Giancarlo nasce il 23.11.1972. Diploma di Clarinetto conseguito in data 23/09/1991 presso il Conservatorio di Brescia. Successivamente si dedica allo studio del sax soprattutto in ambito jazz.Marzo 2016 Docente per corsi di perfezionamento sul jazz.Ha suonato come leader solista con la filarmonica Brissaghese, Svizzera fondata nel 1932.
Essendo musicista polivalente collabora con tutti i musicisti del territorio sia in Italia che all’estero-
14 e 15 Settembre 2015 ha suonato presso Expo

2015.

Il 19 e 20.9.2015 ha suonato al preconcerto di Luciano Ligabue Campovolo 2015 con la Dirty Dixie Jazz Band. Gruppo itinerante (artisti da strada) alla presenza di 150.000 persone e data l'occasione gli artisti di strada che di solito suonano brani caratteristici di New Orleans si sono prodigati a riarrangiare i brani dell'artista in stile jazz.
E’ insegnante di Sax e clarino in ambito jazz e musica moderna presso la scuola di musica Toscanini (VB).
