In attività da gennaio 2012 con canzoni proprie i DON rodriguez propongono un rock in lingua italiana molto fruibile ed adatto a numerosi contesti. Rock d'autore con impennate indie anni 90 e la possibilità di un sound a volumi ridotti per locali piccoli o poco adatti al fragore. All'attivo la pubblicazione dell'EP Cardiocadute Ep, 2 brani (demo) registrati ad aprile del 2012, e “Canzoni per organi a cane”, EP contenente 6 canzoni in presa diretta: .
