Should you decide you’d like to cancel your Stagend account you need to contact us support@stagend.com
Forgotten password: if you cannot log in to your Stagend account, please visit https://www.stagend.com/reset-request. Enter the email address you use for Stagend, and you’ll be emailed a link to reset your password. If you forgot your password and you’re already logged in to Stagend, first log out of your account, then click on the link.
Change password: in order to change your password first log out of your Stagend account, then follow the steps as if you forgot your password.
Facebook login: if you created a Stagend account by connecting to Facebook, you were not required to create a password. You can continue to log in via Facebook. If you’d like to create a Stagend password, first log out of your Stagend account, then follow the steps as if you forgot your password. Once you create a Stagend password, you’ll no longer be able to sign in using Facebook (but you'll still be connected to Facebook in your Stagend account). Instead, you can simply use your email address and newly-created password.

For problems with an artist or organizer, please first send a message to him/her to solve the problem between you before, during, and after your event.
If you let 3 consecutive booking enquiries expire, we will temporarily deactivate your listing. Temporary deactivation will ensure that organizers don’t continue to contact you without receiving a reply, and it will preserve your response rate.
To reactivate it, please contact us. It may take up to an hour for your listing to appear in search results after it has been reactivated. support@stagend.com
