What we offer
Wir spielen als Trio In der Basis-Besetzung Akkordeon/Piano, Gitarre und Kontrabass. Bei Bedarf spielen wir auch zusätzlich mit Saxofon/Clarinette, und/oder Gesang und/oder Drums. Das Repertoire der Band orientiert sich an den traditionellen, mehr oder weniger bekannten Kompositionen aus der Zeit der 30er, 40er, 50er und beginnenden 60er Jahre, herauf bis zu zeitgenössischen Komponisten, von Duke Ellington, George Shearing, Cole Porter, George Gershwin, Django Reinhardt, Errol Garner über
Wes Montgomery bis zu Luis Bonfa, A-.C. Jobim, Astor Piazzola, Richard Galliano, Bireli Lagrene...... um nur einige zu nennen. Wir sind zwar keine Tanzband, tanzbar ist unsere Musik aber allemal.... Das Motto der Band lautet: “we play them all...” Titelwünsche werden nach Möglichkeit gerne spontan erfüllt.
Ob akustisch oder elektrisch verstärkt, dies erfordert meistens der Auftrittsort, spielt die Band eher, im Bereich der Akustischen Lautstärke der Instrumente Die Band bietet 100 % LIVE-Performance (kein “verstecktes” Playback oder MIDI Files).
