Ritmiciclando is an experimental musical project that was born as a laboratory for the use
and construction of musical instruments with recycled materials and soon it became a
proper performance.
Our shows blend traditional musical elements from all over the world with some elements
of contemporary and classical music, body percussion choreographies and with an
informal use of voice. We do all that to offer to our spectators, the big ones as well as the
little ones, a captivating and at the same time surprising experience. Last but not least, a
very important ingredient of this Ritmiciclando mix is a pinch of theatrical irony, all thanks
to stage costumes and texts inspired by the places of everyday life (like kitchen) or by the
fantastic imaginary world (post-modern superheroes).
OPERATION ECOLOGY
Four unknown superheroes (five for some particularly delicate missions!), a post-modern
version of their more famous colleagues, they take to their hearts the destiny of our planet
fighting against wastefulness, pollution and the absence of recycling. Their weapon is the
music played exclusively with the instruments manufactured with recycled materials of
course! Their mission, almost-impossible, is to get all the spectators involved in the most
important operation of all time,
OPERATION ECOLOGY!
The spectacle Operation Ecology has markedly performative characteristics, a sort of
concert/spectacle where stage costumes and music played with recycled material
instruments make the performance really explosive and exhilarating. It’s particularly
recommended for festivals connected to the ecology and recycling; street, art and
experimental music festivals, and of course, theatre and kid’s festivals.

Siamo a disposizione per preparare repertori specifici.
