Il progetto acustico RIVO-SOUND nasce dall’incontro tra Giorgio Saracino (voce, chitarra e basso, armonica, cantautore con due CD solisti all’attivo ) e l'amico Davide Pegoraro, appassionato di rock americano (chitarra acustica e slide).
Dopo aver già suonato insieme in passato, nell’estate del 2009 un
incontro casuale ad una festa ci fa discutere di progetti musicali, rendendoci conto di avere ancora molte idee in comune.
Ricominciamo a suonare insieme per creare il giusto feeling e stabilire cosa ci piacerebbe proporre dal vivo durante i nostri concerti; da qui la scelta di eseguire brani italiani e stranieri in chiave acustica SENZA NESSUN VINCOLO DI GENERE O ARTISTA.
Questa decisione ci permette di suonare e stupire ad ogni concerto, passando dalle colonne sonore dei film (Ghostbusters, Grease..) ai classici del rock (Ac/Dc, Deep Purple..), al blues (Rolling Stones, Robert Johnson..), al cantautorato (De Andrè, Battisti..), alle ballate (Pink Floyd, Van Morrison..) fino ai cartoni animati!! Reinventandoci anche strumentalmente suonando chitarre acustiche, basso, armonica, cembalo, percussioni, stomp box a seconda della situazione musicale.

Abbiamo oltre 150 brani in repertorio, la scaletta normalmente è di 35 brani che possono variare in base al contesto ed alla richiesta. Due ore abbondanti di repertorio (non vincolanti) con possibilità di preparare brani su richiesta se comunicati per tempo.
