What's special about me is my great versatility at the highest musical level: In addition to the classic standard works, my repertoire includes a very large selection of film music, current pop charts, bar standards, soft classic, smooth jazz and subtle, stylish background music . Piano arrangements of hits from the 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s or 90s are also no problem after prior arrangement. I have recently held an organ position in my home parish and regularly organize the Sunday services. I can therefore also offer to provide musical accompaniment to your church celebrations on the organ in addition to my stage piano.

If more beats and "band sound" are desired in addition to the piano sound, I can play playalongs from my Macbook to my amplifier system (MAUI 28). This creates a great dancing atmosphere, similar to a DJ or a band. This is something very special, because the piano is not normally a typical “dance instrument”, so it is exactly the right thing for lovers of the beautiful “piano sound”.

When selecting the style and songs, I will of course take your wishes into account. You can book me either alone or as a duo with friends (vocals, cello or pan flute, see videos).

For engagements where there is no (suitable) piano or even a grand piano available, I bring my own white stage piano and my matching white MAUI 28 amplifier system plus any additional box that may be required. The MAUI 28 system delivers beautiful sound and the integrated subwoofer produces impressive, freely adjustable bass. My system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is suitable for smaller events with around 20 people up to larger events with up to 500 people. For outdoor events, my equipment is suitable for up to 200 people.
If there is no power connection within reach, I have the option of supplying my equipment with the necessary power using a portable battery (Ecoflow Delta max). This battery can be rented additionally.
I have already accompanied weddings in the middle of the ski resort and in lonely forest clearings in this way.

In the videos you can see examples of me playing classical piano pieces, subtle film music and piano covers of pop songs live during various events as a soloist or in a duo with various colleagues or even with a whole (amateur) choir.

In October 2019 I provided musical accompaniment to the Ball Dinner at the Uniball St. Gallen, in May 2022 I was the background pianist at the FemaleFutureFestival in the Festspielhaus Bregenz and on New Year's Eve 2023 I performed the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner in the Hard Rock Chapel Davos (part of the Hard Rock Hotel Davos) accompanied musically. In 2025, I provided musical accompaniment for weddings at the White Hall of Mainau Castle on Mainau Island, at the Hotel Schifffahrt in Zug, and at the Villa Seerose in Horgen, among others. I also accompanied birthdays at the Passugg Hotel Management School and at the Hotel Reute in Hasliberg. I was one of two musicians providing background music for the wine festival at the Landquart Fashion Outlet in Eastern Switzerland. Since October 2025, I have also been a regular guest at Piano Lounge evenings in the exclusive member club SHED Zug, in March 2026 I provided musical accompaniment for a full moon event at the Tamina Therme in Eastern Switzerland, and in the summer of 2026 I will be playing at weddings, among other places, in Ticino at the Santuario della Madonna del Sasso church (Orselina) and on the Riffelalp in Zermatt.

It is a matter close to my heart to touch my listeners with the emotions expressed in the music.

My repertoire is as versatile as my performances. Alongside classical works by Bach, Mozart, and Debussy, it includes a wide selection of film music, pop and jazz ballads, bar standards, soft classics, smooth jazz, and refined lounge and background music. I perform music spanning eight decades – from the 1920s to today – and tailor each program individually to the atmosphere, occasion, and audience.

I accompany both civil and church weddings and can perform not only on my stage piano but also on the organ if desired. Since 2023, I have also been the organist in my home parish of Quarten, which allows me to enrich church ceremonies with authenticity and depth.

Until 2015, I was a piano lecturer at the University of Würzburg’s Institute of Music Education and at the Würzburg University of Music, where I taught around 40 students in major and minor piano and supervised several concert projects. After moving to Switzerland, I continued teaching at two music schools for another nine years before gradually reducing my teaching work to dedicate myself fully to active performance.

A turning point came in 2016 when a spontaneous request through a musician platform led to my first wedding performance at Hotel Waldheim in Risch (ZG). Initially, I had planned to decline, but the groom’s warm persistence convinced me to accept and this engagement became a defining moment. I discovered how deeply fulfilling it is to combine classical artistry with emotional and modern repertoire. Shortly after, I received my first five-star review, marking the beginning of a new chapter.

Since then, I have had the privilege of performing at countless weddings, celebrations, and events, continually expanding my repertoire. I have learned to intuitively sense each atmosphere, to adapt spontaneously, and to create the right musical setting for every situation, from tender romance to elegant background music or joyful celebration.

In February 2024, I took the final step into full artistic independence to live my lifelong dream: sharing music directly with people at the most beautiful venues and meaningful moments.

Alongside my event work, I remain active as a classical pianist and chamber musician, performing regularly in Germany, Austria, Italy, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland – including appearances at the Palermo Classica Festival in Sicily, the Hottinger Saal in Zurich, the Postremise in Chur, Schloss Wartegg, the Historical Museum of St. Gallen, and the Winterthur Music Festival Weeks. My artistic work is regularly supported by Swiss foundations such as Pro Helvetia, the Swiss Performers’ Foundation, and the Arnold Billwiller Foundation.

My debut album FEMINAE – The Female in Music (ARS Produktion, 2021) and my second album PLANET EARTH – As Within, So Without (2025) received outstanding international reviews and were nominated for the Opus Klassik award.
