Professional, originally classically trained and qualified concert pianist with 40-50 performances annually at weddings, company events (Schneeberger, Emil Frey Bern, Mercedes-Benz AG Aarburg, Mineralheilbad St. Margarethen), gala dinner events at large hotel chains (Hard Rock Davos) , festivals (Female Future Festival Bregenz), birthday, Christmas and funeral celebrations. Approximately 10 classical recital concerts annually as a soloist or chamber music partner.
What's special about me is my great versatility at the highest musical level: In addition to the classic standard works, my repertoire includes a very large selection of film music, current pop charts, bar standards, soft classic, smooth jazz and subtle, stylish background music . Piano arrangements of hits from the 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s or 90s are also no problem after prior arrangement. I have recently held an organ position in my home parish and regularly organize the Sunday services. I can therefore also offer to provide musical accompaniment to your church celebrations on the organ in addition to my stage piano.
If more beats and "band sound" are desired in addition to the piano sound, I can play playalongs from my Macbook to my amplifier system (MAUI 28). This creates a great dancing atmosphere, similar to a DJ or a band. This is something very special, because the piano is not normally a typical “dance instrument”, so it is exactly the right thing for lovers of the beautiful “piano sound”.
When selecting the style and songs, I will of course take your wishes into account. You can book me either alone or as a duo with friends (vocals, cello or pan flute, see videos).
For engagements where there is no (suitable) piano or even a grand piano available, I bring my own white stage piano and my matching white MAUI 28 amplifier system plus any additional box that may be required. The MAUI 28 system delivers beautiful sound and the integrated subwoofer produces impressive, freely adjustable bass. My system is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and is suitable for smaller events with around 20 people up to larger events with up to 500 people. For outdoor events, my equipment is suitable for up to 200 people.
If there is no power connection within reach, I have the option of supplying my equipment with the necessary power using a portable battery (Ecoflow Delta max). This battery can be rented additionally.
I have already accompanied weddings in the middle of the ski resort and in lonely forest clearings in this way.
In the videos you can see examples of me playing classical piano pieces, subtle film music and piano covers of pop songs live during various events as a soloist or in a duo with various colleagues or even with a whole (amateur) choir.

The German pianist Lisa Maria Schachtschneider has been living in Eastern Switzerland for 10 years and, in addition to her teaching activities at the Uster-Greifensee Music School, is a sought-after soloist, song accompanist and chamber musician. She performs regularly in many cities in Germany, Austria, Liechtenstein, Italy and Switzerland.
In Eastern Switzerland, this has been the case since 2019 at Schloss Wartegg, as part of the concert series "KISSS" in Sennwald and "Konzert Cycle Altstätten" in Altstätten, in the Hottinger Saal and open-air in the park of the Museum Rietberg in Zurich, in the Historical Museum in St. Gallen, at the "after-work concerts" in Schaffhausen and in the "Goetheanum" in Dornach, as a soloist with the East Swiss Haydn-Mozart Orchestra under the direction of Rene Häfelfinger, in the Postremise Chur and as part of the Winterthur Music Festival in the Winterthur Trade Museum.
In Germany, since 2019 she has performed, among other things, at the "Edelsteinserenade" in Herrstein, in the Cathedral and Diocesan Museum in Trier (Rhineland-Palatinate), at the "Meisterkonzerte. Martinskirche” in Köllerbach (Saarland), in the Kulturhaus. At the same time, Lisa Maria Schachtschneider has been playing her stage piano at around 30 events a year since 2018, such as company celebrations, weddings, aperitifs, Christmas parties and funeral ceremonies. Special highlights were appearances in the Guarda ski area, Scuol 2022, at the "Female Future Festival" Bregenz 2022, at the Uniball St. Gallen 2019, on the Diamant ship on Lake Lucerne in 2023, in the mineral spa town of St. Margarethen in 2023 and with the Allegria Felsberg choir in Poschiavo 2023.
In January 2021, Lisa Maria Schachtschneider's debut CD "FEMINAE-the female in music" was released on the renowned German label "ARS Production". Among other things, works by female composers related to the couple Clara and Robert Schumann can be heard.
The CD production was funded by the "Rheintaler Kulturstiftung" and has generated a large and very positive international media response due to the highly topical subject matter of the album.
In one of her current projects, the trio One World, Lisa Maria Schachtschneider deals with the classical Indian music tradition and, together with the sitarist Rohan Dasgupta and the tabla artist and composer Udhai Mazumdar, performs specially by Udhai Mazumdar for the instrumentation piano-sitar-tabla composed works. This project was funded in 2022 by the Swiss cultural foundations Pro Helvetia and the Swiss Interpretenstiftung.
In October 2021, Lisa Maria Schachtschneider took over the artistic co-direction of the eastern Swiss concert series KISSS (Concerts-Art-Culture in Sennwald-Salez-Sachs) and the artistic assistance of the Swiss Female Composers Festival.
Lisa Maria Schachtschneider has been the church organist in the Quarten community since 2023.
