Solottobre is an Italian and international band, founded in 2018 and composed by 6 members.
The project "SOLOTTOBRE" was created for a single concert, on 27/10/2018. This, from the desire of the musicians to present good Italian and international music to the Swiss public, and not only to them. Given the great demand for live music, and after talking about it in the group, Solottobre has decided to continue with live performances. So, since October 2018, they have been booked for more than 40 performances in different locations in Switzerland.
Unfortunately, 2020 and 2021 were terrible years for shows and concerts and Solottobre were canceled most of the dates for Covid 19. The six musicians did not give up and started composing their own music. During the quarantine, they composed their first two songs. One, Covid-19, is dedicated to all those who lost the fight with the virus and to all those who are still fighting and are close to us in the hospitals and clinics.
The second track, Estate, is Solottobre's dream of a virus-free summer where we can hug, kiss and live a "normal" life again. Of returning to concerts and outdoor parties. In short, spending beautiful and carefree moments. The above tracks were released on 29/06/2020 on the various music platforms.
Solottobre are currently preparing more new songs planned for the fall of 2022, hoping that soon their first album will be released and the situation in the world will return to normal.
