Pianist Daniel Zehnder alias „derpianist“ ist seit dem Kindergarten unterwegs in der Welt der Noten, Tasten und Töne.

Er ist der Pianist aus Leidenschaft.

1: Klavierunterricht an der Musikschule Gürbetal
ab 1994: Pianist in diversen Band- und Musicalprojekten
ab 1996: Erste Gehversuche und Engagements an Hochzeits- und Geburtstagsfeiern
2000 - 2006: Autodidaktische Aus- und Weiterbildung in den Bereichen Barpiano, Hintergrund- und Unterhaltungsmusik
2005:

Gründung von „derpianist“
2006 - 2008: Unterricht in Jazzharmonielehre und Jazzimprovisation bei Lorenz Schaller
2008 - 2012: Aus- und Weiterbildung an der Swiss Jazz School in Bern bei Stewy von Wattenwyl
