Die Band TGB (The Groth Band) wurde im Januar 2022 durch den Schlagzeuger Benjamin Groth als Masterprojekt zusammen mit René Wettstein (RenElvis) ins Leben gerufen. Wie das Original aus den 70er-Jahren besteht sie aus einer Horn-Section mit Tenorsax, Trompete und Posaune, welche durch Drums, Bass, Gitarre und Piano ergänzt wird. Sie
präsentieren zusammen mit RenElvis - einem der besten Elvis-Imitatoren der Schweiz - die grössten und schönsten Hits von Elvis Presley. Eine eindrückliche Kombination, was natürlich auf die professionellen Musiker und die 25-jährige Erfahrung von René als Elvis-Imitator zurückführen ist.
Lassen Sie sich durch virtuose Gitarrenriffs, hervorragend interpretierten Live-Gesang, kraftvoller Brass-Sound und einer unvergesslichen Show mit diversen Hits wie „See See Rider“, „Suspicious Minds“, „Blue Suede Shoes“ und vielen weiteren unvergesslichen Songs in diese Zeit zurückversetzen.
