The Cantabs wurde im Herbst 2010 gegründet Die Band besteht aus Jan und Mike (welche bereits seit über 20 Jahren gemeinsam aktiv Musik machen) und dem Jüngling der Band: Benu.
Zusammen ergibt das eine geballte Mischung aus Erfahrung und wilder jugendlicher Energie mit den Wurzeln im Rock, Punkrock und Blues.
