Noch vor zehn Jahren gaben die Wedding Crashers ausschliesslich Schmusesongs zum Besten, waren eine reine Hochzeitsband. Die Wende kam, als sich ein Paar «Highway to hell» von AC/DC zum Kirchenauszug wünschte.
James und Curt fühlten sich an ihre musikalischen Anfänge zurück versetzt, als sie zusammen in einer Punkrock-Band spielten. Fortan reicherten die beiden ihr Hochzeits-Repertoire mit Rocksongs an und sammelten reichlich Live-Erfahrung. Auch in anderen Bands.
