Gli Xela nascono nel 2008. Nel 2009 esce il loro primo albun di inediti, distribuito Universal. Dall’album vengono estratti due singoli “Venere di Cenere” e “Baciami”. I brani entrano in rotazione radio e televisiva (MTV, All Music, Rai e canali Mediaset). Gli Xela, a pochi mesi dall’uscita del loro album, vengono ospitati nel programma televisivo TRL di MTV nelle tappe di Rimini e
Roma.
Nonostante le attuali differenti esperienze musicali, Alex (compositore, arrangiatore, produttore artistico e direttore d’orchestra al Festival di Sanremo..), Luciano (bassista nei Sonohra e negli Effetto Liga e dimostratore Roland…) e Fiamma (batterista nelle Shooting Stars, nei King of Pop e nella Loretta Grace ‘s Band e dimostratrice Roland…) continuano a suonare assieme sotto il nome di Xela, in trio, con un repertorio acustico di cover a 360°.
