I provide different kinds of shows:
Solo: using guitars, alto & soprano sax, alto & bass flutes, alto clarinet, melodica, looper and (not mandatory) pre-recorded tracks. My repertoire includes classic jazz standards as well as contemporary (ECM-like) jazz pieces and originals, plus revised jazzy versions of pop and rock titles. A perfect background for classy dinners or elegant events (weddings, business parties, celebrations).
Duo: viola and baritone guitar, performing manouche classics in a modern way and traditional and contemporary jazz titles. On demand, our setlist can also include modern classical music, such as Satie's well known Gymnopedies, as well as some of Astor Piazzolla's works (e.g. Oblivion, Libertango).
Trio: my jazz drumless trio "sofTrio" is composed of flugelhorn, nylon string guitar and acoustic bass, We take inspiration from the drumless trio Chet Baker formed in the 80s, and try to recreate that kind of soft and gentle sound, either in well known jazz standards or in movie and cartoon soundtracks or rearranged pop classics.
Quartet: sax/flute/clarinet, piano, bass and drums for the tipical jazz gig!
Quintet: as above, with the additional of a sensational award-winning female voice
