Some information about events situation

Dear Clients,
As you know the situation of Covid-19 in Europe is developing every day.

In Stagend we see a lot of solidarity between customers and entertainers and this heartened us, many of our customers are in fact simply postponing events. We assure you that this is hope for all entertainers who will have major losses in the coming months.

Today we are writing to let you know that we are here for you.

We are working to offer you all the support we can and will do our best with the resources at our disposal.

What to do in case of events after 01 May 2020 and not confirmed yet?

• Call us, we are flexible and we can find a solution
• We expect a huge requests of entertainers for events after 30 April 2020, so planning it during these “home” days it is smart and we will give you a lot of flexibility.

What to do for your upcoming confirmed bookings?

• Communicate with your Entertainer
• Follow official information from your state or regional authorities, in order to stay up to date and know how to behave to respect the guidelines. • Write us in case of any doubt about understand what to do: we can help you taken some decision and suggest you what to do.

Stagend decisions about cancellation policies, until 30 April 2020:

• Cachet: Most entertainers have very flexible cancellation terms, and in any case the cachet is refundable according to the contract and in case of force majeure. We recommend simply postponing the date of the event if possible. If you are not sure, please write us at [email protected]
• Service Fee: the service is normally non-refundable, but if you have to cancel the event for reasons of "force majeure", we will convert the cost of the service into a coupon of the same value that you can use at the next event.
• After Covid-19 situation: normal life will be back and you, your guests, your employees will need some good moments of shared happiness: our Entertainers are here for you!
