Stagend is a new way to find live entertainment that fits perfectly with your event. The live music business industry has always been vulnerable to risks and uncertainty.

Stagend’s system is designed to give you peace of mind. Paying and communicating only through the Stagend platform is vital to making your experience as positive and secure as possible.

When you book an artist through Stagend, payments go through our secure structure and are not released to the other party until after the event. Stagend also provides private messaging for organizer and artists and profile verifications so you can learn more about who you’re transacting with.

By conducting your transactions on the site, you also have access to:

  • Our customer service team.
  • The opportunity to review and be reviewed after your event.
  • A community of like-minded people who want to have the best live music entertainment for their event.

Artists also enjoy a cancellation policy, enabling you to receive a partial or full payout in the event of an organizer cancellation.

Organizers also enjoy the safety of your funds in the event of an artist cancellation.

Paying outside the Stagend system is not secure, and we cannot provide access to these benefits when artists aren’t booked directly through our website. If someone asks you to pay outside of Stagend, please report it to

While the vast majority of our transactions are incident-free, it's good to know what to look for to avoid any potential payment scams.

All legitimate payments on Stagend take place through our website. If someone messages you on Stagend and asks you to contact them off-site to arrange payment details, please do not attempt to communicate or pay off-site.

If you receive a personal email from anyone asking you to pay or accept payment off-site, immediately report it to %1% and end communication with the sender.

Paying and communicating only through the Stagend platform is vital to making your experience as positive and secure as possible. If your transaction happens offline and we have no record of it, it is almost impossible for us to assist you. Learn more about our payment system so you understand how it works.

All the reviews on Stagend are written by artists and organizers from our community, so any review you see is based on a real experience that an organizer had in an artist’s performance. If you haven’t organized an event through Stagend, but you want friends to vouch for you, ask them to review one of your past performance.

Starting the day after the event, artists and organizers can leave a review for one another. The reviews will be made public to the community. To leave a review for a recent event, go to Edit Profile > Reviews > Reviews By You.

Our community relies on honest, transparent reviews. We will remove or alter a review if we find that it isn’t truthful or if it contains insults.

Currently you can choose to use one of the following terms of cancellation:

Standard (Default): full refund up until 30 hours prior to event. 50% refund from the 30th hour prior the event up to the event moment. Except fees.

Example: if the organizer cancels the event 30 hours prior to the event, he gets back 100% of the cachet. If he cancels later, the artist takes 50% of the cachet.

Moderate: full refund up to 4 weeks before the event. Refund of 50% from 4 to 2 weeks prior to the event. Service costs excluded.

Example: if the organizer cancels the event four weeks prior will be fully refunded. If the event is canceled two weeks before the artist will receive 50% of the amount, and if the event is canceled during the 2 weeks before the event the artist will receive the entire the amount.

Strict: no refund provided before the event in case of cancellation by the organizer. Exceptions to this policy may be granted only on exceptional and justified events.

Example: if the organizer cancels the event the full amount established will be paid to the artist.

If the organizer cancels the booking, your payout is determined by the cancellation policy you had in place at the time of booking. You can refund the organizer more than the policy allows: please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
