biography
Yomee (Tommaso Giacopini) è nato nel 1993 a Lugano, piccola città della Svizzera Italiana. Fin da piccolo sviluppa un grande interesse per la musica e per ogni forma d'arte espressiva. Comincia da bambino lo studio della chitarra classica, per poi passare anche alla chitarra e al canto jazz. Nel 2011 vince un premio per il miglior testo al concorso Palco ai Giovani con il gruppo Les Enjambements.
Ispirato da artisti come Erika Stucky, The Great Park, e il mitico "Nebraska" di Bruce
Springsteen decide di fare musica da solo.
Nel 2014 incide così il primo album solista, caratterizzato da canzoni dall'atmosfera malinconica ma pungente, nel quale chitarra e voce si uniscono nel trasmettere emozioni, gioie e turbamenti della vita dell'artista, attraverso testi personali e intimi.
Oltre ad essere musicista, Yomee ha completato degli studi nel campo della pittura ed è attualmente attivo come attore teatrale.
